Returns & Exchanges
When you purchase your rug(s) with us, you have 30 days from the day you receive your rugs to decide whether or not they work for your designated room(s). If you wish to return your rug(s), you can do so by contacting us at 1-514 676-0504 to obtain a Return Number and instructions for your return. You can also email us at info@persiacarpet.ca and we’ll email you the instructions for your return.
The buyer is responsible for all returns. However, we will be happy to help you with rates and other necessary details.
Returns must be shipped to our warehouse in Canada.
ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN MUST BE:
1.) Sent to us within 30 days of the delivery date of your order (unless the item detail page says otherwise)
2.) Sent to us in the same condition that it was delivered to you.
3.) Items sent back to us must have the same dimensions as when they were originally shipped, for example, a rug that was folded in a box must be shipped back folded in a box for the return shipping label to be accurate.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If you received your merchandise in damaged condition, or items are missing please contact us as soon as possible to report the problem.
